盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果观察

The clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on pediatric pneumonia

目的 :研究用盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法 :将2015年1月至2016年12月合江县人民医院儿科收治的100例小儿肺炎患儿根据治疗方案的不同分为研究组与对照组。对对照组患儿进行常规治疗,在此基础上为研究组患儿加用盐酸氨溴索进行治疗,然后对比观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 :与对照组患儿相比,研究组患儿在接受治疗后其咳嗽、气促症状及肺部啰音消失的时间、退热的时间、白细胞水平恢复正常的时间均较短(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗的总有效率为96.0%,对照组患儿治疗的总有效率为70.0%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应的发生率为8.0%,对照组患儿不良反应的发生率为26.0%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :应用盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎可取得理想的效果,能较快改善患儿的临床症状及体征,而且用药的安全性较高。

objective： to study the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on pediatric pneumonia. Methods： 100 cases of pediatric pneumonia admitted to the people＇s hospital of hejiang county from January 2015 to December 2016 were divided into the study group and the control group according to the treatment plan. The children in the control group were treated with routine treatment, and the treatment was performed for the children in the study group with ambroxol hydrochloride, and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： compared with the control group of children, the team after receiving treatment in children with the symptoms of cough, shortness of breath and lung＇s disappearing time, antipyretic time, white blood cell levels back to normal time are shorter（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment was 96.0%, and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 70.0%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the group was 8.0%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.0%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the application of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of infantile pneumonia can achieve the ideal effect, and can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the children rapidly, and the safety of the drug is high.
