联合检测血NGAL、IL-6及尿蛋白在慢性肾脏病患者诊治中的意义

The significance of NGAL,il-6 and urine protein detection in patients with chronic renal disease

目的:探讨对慢性肾脏病(CKB)患者联合进行中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及尿蛋白检测的意义。方法 :将2015年01月至2017年06月期间在广西右江民族医学院附属医院肾内科就诊的200例慢性肾脏病患者设为研究组,将同期在该院进行健康体检的200例健康人设为对照组。然后,比较两组研究对象中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)的水平、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平、血肌酐(SCr)的水平、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平及尿蛋白的水平。结果 :经检测,研究组患者NGAL的水平、IL-6的水平、CRP的水平及尿蛋白的水平均高于对照组健康人,其SCr的水平低于对照组健康人(P<0.05)。研究组患者NGAL的水平、IL-6的水平及尿蛋白的水平呈正相关。结论:对慢性肾脏病患者联合进行中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白、白细胞介素6及尿蛋白检测,可准确地诊断其病情。

objective： to study conducted in patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD）（CKB） neutrophils enzyme related lipid carrier protein gelatin（NGAL）, interleukin 6（IL-6）, and the significance of urinary protein detection. Methods： between January 2015 and June 2017 in guangxi youjiang national medical school affiliated hospital during renal medicine clinic of 200 patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD） is set to the team, will be in the same period in the hospital for physical examination of 200 cases of healthy people as control group. Then, to compare two groups neutrophils enzyme related lipid carrier protein gelatin（NGAL） level, the level of interleukin 6（IL-6）, the levels of serum creatinine（SCr）, C-reactive protein（CRP） level and the level of urine protein. Results： after testing, the team with the level of NGAL, the levels of IL-6, the levels of CRP and urine protein levels were higher than control group in healthy people, the SCr levels lower than the control group of healthy people（P〈0.05）. The levels of NGAL, il-6 and urinary protein levels were positively correlated. Conclusion： the patients with chronic nephropathy combined with neutrophilic gelatinase related lipid carrier protein, interleukin 6 and urine protein detection, can accurately diagnose the disease.
