对慢性心功能不全患者进行优质护理的效果探讨

目的 :探讨对慢性心功能不全患者进行优质护理的效果。方法 :选取在成都誉美医院就诊的90例慢性心功能不全患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行优质护理。然后比较两组患者的治护效果、各项生活质量评分和对护理的总满意率。结果 :观察组患者治护的总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组患者治护的总有效率(77.8%),P<0.05。观察组患者对护理的总满意率(95.6%)高于对照组患者对护理的总满意率(71.1%),P<0.05。接受护理后,观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论 :对慢性心功能不全患者进行优质护理的效果显著,能够改善其生活质量,提高其对护理的满意率。

objective： to explore the effect of quality nursing for patients with chronic cardiac dysfunction. Methods： 90 cases of chronic cardiac insufficiency were selected in chengdu yumei hospital. It was randomly divided into observation group（45 cases） and control group（45 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care, and the patients in the observation group were treated with quality care. Then the treatment effect, quality of life score and total satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results： the total effective rate（93.3%） was higher in the observation group than in the control group（77.8%）, P〈0.05. The total satisfaction rate（95.6%） of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（71.1%）, P〈0.05. After receiving nursing, the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： the effect of quality nursing on patients with chronic cardiac dysfunction can improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
