摘要
中国教育体系的近代化相当程度上在追慕西方,基督教会为中国提供了近代特殊教育的典型范式。20世纪初叶之前,教会是中国特殊教育的唯一设办主体,继后,国人方才自办。然,来华教会特殊教育机构亦构成对中国教育主权的侵损;中国近代又是一个激烈泛化抵制西方物事人文捍卫中华传统的时段。客观上说,近代化很大程度上是以西方范式为标准,但近代化又应该是国家独立民族解放的过程,在一个大的国度,若无国家的独立自主,要步入近代国家也无从谈起。由此产生:为了中国的近代化,西制须留下;为了国家的主权完整,干预中国内政的西人须离开。
The modernization of the Chinese education system is largely the process of learning from the West, The Christian church provided China with a typical paradigm of modern special education. Before the early twentieth Century, The church was the only builder of special education in China. after that, It was replaced by the special educational undertakings established by the Chinese. However, the special educational institutions set up by foreign churches constituted a serious violation ef China's sovereignty. Objectively speaking, modernization is largely based on the Western paradigm, but modernization should be the process of country independence and national liberation. The result is as follows:Western educational system remains and continues in China,but those Westerners who interfere in China' s internal affairs get out of China and go back to their own countries.
