摘要
介绍了生产流水线涂装用水性工业涂料、工程涂装用水性工业涂料的常见品种及其工艺特性,从施工环境、工艺控制角度,分析了水性工业涂料在汽车涂装等行业已成功应用,而在工程涂装领域市场推广缓慢的原因,提出了施工温度及VOC含量会对工程用水性涂料的基材润湿造成影响并影响涂膜质量,以及可能的绿色施工解决方案。
This paper introduces the conventional varieties and technological characteristics of waterborne industrial coatings for the production line and engineering painting. As viewed from the construction environment and process control, this paper analyzes the reasons why waterborne industrial coatings have been successfully applied in automotive coating industry rather than engineering painting sector. It is also pointed out that the construc- tion temperature and VOC content might affect the substrate wettability of the waterborne coat- ings, and further lead to the decrease of the quality of the coatings. As a result, possible solu- tions for the green construction are proposed.
