摘要
创新环境要素对城市创新发展绩效有着重要影响。通过制定一个面向城市创新环境的评价指标体系,使用因子分析和数据包络分析方法,综合评价珠三角国家自主创新示范区九大城市的创新环境与创新绩效关系;根据实证研究结果分析各城市自身存在的短板和问题,提出引导珠三角各城市优化创新环境、提升创新效率、促进创新整体发展的若干政策建议。
Innovative environmental factors have an important effect on urban innovative performance. This paper uses factor analysis model and IDEA model to establish an evaluation index system with the data of 9 cities in Pearl River Delta, to explore the relationship between innovation environment and innovative performance; analyzes the shortcomings and problems of each city itself according to the results of empirical research, puts forward some policy suggestions to guide the cities in the Pearl River Delta to optimize innovation environment, improve efficiency of innovation and promote overall development of innovation.
