粤港澳大湾区城市群建设中的产业创新与融合研究——以华为入莞为例 被引量:12

Industrial Innovation and Integration of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: A Case Study of Huawei in Dongguan as an Example

摘要 通过对华为终端项目入驻东莞对区域整体经济增长、产业集群、技术创新产生多方面辐射效应的实证分析,探讨粤港澳大湾区城市群内产业创新与融合的路径。粤港澳大湾区城市群建设的产业创新与融合目标是企业基于市场机制的选择;创新最先发生在领先型城市中,区位距离、产业配套能力是周边城市接受创新辐射的基础;政府的产业政策和公共服务能力对创新要素特别是人力资本流动有显著影响。未来,粤港澳大湾区各城市应立足优势,发挥核心城市在技术创新上的引领作用,推动核心区与外围区无缝嵌套、有效市场与有为政府密切互动。 The paper discusses the path of innovation and integration of industry in Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration, through empirical analysis on impact of Huawei terminal project in Dongguan on the overall regional economic growth, industrial cluster and technological innovation. The target of industrial innovation and integration of Guangdong - Hang Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area's urban agglomeration construction is the choice of enterprise based on market mechanism; innovation first occurs in leading cities, location distance and industry matching ability are the basis of peripheral cities to accept innovation radiation; government's industrial policy and public service capacity have a significant impact on innovation dements, especially human capital flows. In the future, Guangdong - Hang Kong - Macao greater bay area should base itself on its advantages, give full play to the leading role of core cities in technological innovation, promote seamless nesting of core areas and peripheral areas, and interact closely with the effective market and the government.
