摘要
科技智库人才具有战略性、专业化、独立性、创新性的特点。通过总结我国科技智库人才管理的现状和不足,借鉴国外主要科技智库在人才管理方面的经验和做法,从组织运行、人力资源管理和智库环境三方面提出促进我国科技智库人才引进、培养、使用和管理的思路及建议。
Science think tank talent has the characteristics of strategic, professional, independent and innovative. Through summarizing present situation and insufficiency of science think tank talent management, this paperdraws lessons from the experiences and practices of main foreign science think tank in talent management, and puts forward ideas and suggestions to promote talent introduction, training, use and management of science think tank in China, from the aspects of organization operation, human resource management and think tank environment.
