十九大报告明确提出,农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,必须始终把解决好"三农"问题作为全党工作重中之重。同时,农村经济文化发展的关键在人,推动"乡村振兴战略"的着力点在于调动基层群众的主动性、积极性与创造性,大学生村官无疑需承担重要角色。文章首先分析了"乡村振兴战略"下大学生村官的新职责,结合"乡村振兴战略"下大学生村官文化引领作用与现实问题的探讨,最后提出了推动大学生村官文化引领作用的路径。
