当前各类技能大赛正在我国广泛开展,大学生科技社团也是近年来应用型本科高校非常重要的人才培养基地,二者在人才培养目标、人才培养模式等诸多方面都有相通性。将应用型本科高校大学生科技社团与技能大赛融合发展,建立两者的良性互动机制,可以构建应用型本科高校人才培养的新模式,使应用型本科高校更好服务地方经济社会发展。

The university students science and Technology Association is also a very important training base for Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities in recent years. The two are interlinked in many aspects, such as the target of talent training, the mode of talent training and so on. In order to build a new mode of talent training for Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities, a new model of talents training for Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities can be established by integrating the science and Technology Association and skill competition of applied undergraduate college students and establishing a good interactive mechanism.
