摘要
在对金融科技创新及监管的国外经验及国内现状分析的基础上,立足于金融科技平台、公司和企业发展的大资管视角,运用IS-LM模型对科技金融创新发展与科学监管平衡点分析,结合Espinosa-Vega模型及本国实情,将功能性监管与机构性监管结构分别融入政府统一监管和行业自律中,构建了宏观上政府统一的审慎监管和微观上的行业自律共存的科学监管体系,以促进金融科技在科学监管的合理环境中健康发展,并提出可行性的建议。
This paper reviews the foreign experience and domestic status of innovation and supervision of Fintech.Then in the view of asset management,equilibrium point analysis is carried out with IS-LM model,in combination of Espinosa-Vega model based on the situation of China.Finally,by integrating functional supervision and institutional regulatory structure into unified government supervision and industry self-discipline separately,a scientific supervision system is constructed,in order to promote the healthy development of Fintech in a reasonable environment of scientific supervision,and provides feasibility suggestions.
