Research on the Construction of Patent Cooperation Mechanism Between China and Uzbekistan

乌兹别克斯坦共和国是丝绸之路经济带中中国面向中亚贸易的重要伙伴。专利是重要的知识产权客体,亦是贸易合作的重要组成部分。为弱化两国专利合作障碍对中国对外贸易的影响,应加强两国间专利制度差异性的分析,专利保护、运用和纠纷解决机制方面的协调与建设,以及掌握中乌两国官方语言的知识产权专业人才培养机制等方面的合作建设。

Uzbekistan is the important trade partner of China facing the Asia during silk road economic zone.The patent is the important object of intellectual property,and is also an important part of trade cooperation.For weakening the barriers of patent cooperation to foreign trade of China,it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of the differences of patent legal system between the two countries,and coordinate and construct the patent protection、application and dispute settlement mechanism,and foster professional personnel of the intellectual property rights who master the Russian,Uzbek and Chinese.
