摘要
根据ZL205A铝合金副构架铸件结构与工艺特性,设计了底注式和侧注式浇注系统。采用华铸CAE软件对比分析了两种浇注工艺下凝固过程的温度场与缩孔、缩松分布。对缩孔、缩松产生原因进行了分析,优化了侧注式浇注系统,最终消除了铸件中的缩孔、缩松缺陷。ZL205A铝合金副构架本体试样经T5热处理后的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和硬度(HBS)分别为510 MPa、424 MPa、8.1%和131,达到了HB963-2005Ⅱ类铸件标准要求。
The gravity filling process of the ZL205 Aframe casting was conducted by analyzing the structure and process characteristics,and the distribution of solidification temperature and shrinkage under two gravity filling process was simulated by the HUAZHU CAE software.The structure design optimization of the internal injection gating system was obtained through the process analysis of the origination of the shrinkage,and the shrinkage defects were eliminated effectively through adjusting the solidification sequence.The average tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and Brinell hardness of the castings reach 510 MPa,424 MPa,8.1% and 131 HBS,respectively,after the T5 heat treatment,which meets the HB962-2005Ⅱtechnical indicators.
