中风后小脑性共济失调康复治疗进展

Progress of Rehabilitation Therapy for Cerebellar Ataxia after Stroke

通过查阅国内外相关文献,归纳分析小脑性共济失调的康复治疗现状,发现其治疗方法主要有针刺疗法、神经康复治疗技术、运动疗法、物理疗法、西药、中药辨证应用及中药结合针刺等,提出现代康复治疗技术与传统康复技术有机结合可以丰富中风后小脑性共济失调的临床治疗手段,有效地改善患者的功能障碍,提高其日常生活活动能力。

By reviewing related literature at home and abroad, the paper summarized and analyzed the present situation of rehabilitation therapy in patients with cerebellar ataxia. The major therapeutic strategy included acupuncture, neural rehabilitation therapy, exercise therapy, physical therapy, contemporary medicine and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical application, traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture therapy, etc.. The results revealed that combination of contemporary rehabilitation with traditional rehabilitation approach could enrich the clinical therapeutic tools of cerebellar ataxia after stroke, reduce the patient＇s dysfunction,and improve their ability of daily life activities more effectively.
