本土选择:前现代、现代、后现代抑或别现代?——以崇明生态岛发展定位解析为例

Local Choice: Pre-modernism,Modernism,Post-modernism or Bie-modernism?——A Case Study of the Development and Orientation of Chongming Ecological Island

上海崇明生态岛定位,从"现代化"到"世界级(国际性)",其前置词修改本身,体现了中国区域发展定位的一种本土选择。对此选择的理解,就是不排斥接受现代化潮流的裹挟,但同时,从后现代视角切入,在"上行性螺旋式回归"意义上汲取游牧农耕文明遗产所蕴蓄的养料。而这正暗合目前颇受国内外学界关注的"别现代"的题内之义:不简单等同于前现代、后现代和现代,但却共时态地兼容现代、后现代和前现代的属性和特征;其社会形态和社会发展阶段的构成方式,好比是"长藤结瓜"式的联融。文章通过如此区域发展定位的理论探讨,目的是以"管窥见豹"的方式,推动中国走向可持续发展的生态文明新时代。

From the＂modern＂to＂global＂,the change of modifiers of Chongming ecological island orientation indicates the local choice of regional development orientation in China. This choice does not reject the modernization trend,but also benefits from the heritage of nomadic and farming civilization by presenting post-modern view and in the sense of spiral development and regression. This agrees with the subject of ＂bie-modernism＂under discussion of Chinese scholars. It is not simply equal to the pre-modernism,modernism and postmodernism,but is compatible with the rationality and characteristic of the modernism,postmodernism and pre-modernism. The corresponding forms of social pattern and development stage intermingle like＂canals joining reservoirs＂. By the way of getting the big picture from small details,this paper explores the regional development orientation theory,and promotes China＇s sustainable development in the new ecological era.
