摘要
为提高既有CRH2G高寒动车组在20‰坡道上的运行速度,缩短旅行时间,同时满足兰新高铁高温、高海拔、20‰长大坡度车辆更高运行速度和更高可靠性要求,通过优化电机VF输出特性和改善电机电流谐波性能两个方面,对CRH2G高寒动车组进行了牵引优化控制。地面试验结果和线路试验数据均表明,所提出的功率提升牵引优化控制方案有效。
In order to improve the running speed on 20‰ ramps of CRH2G anti-cold EMUs, shorten the travel time, and also satisfy the higher speed and better vehicles reliability under the environment of high altitude, high temperature, 20‰ ramps of Lanzhou-Urumchi high-speed railway, a traction optimization control strategy of CRH2G by optimizing the VF output characteristics of the motor and improving the harmonic performance of the motor current for the traction power improvement was proposed. Both the ground test results and the line test data showed that the proposed optimization control method was effective.
