南充市82225名社区居民2型糖尿病患病率、知晓率、治疗率及控制率调查

Morbidity, awareness rate, treatment and control of diabetes among 82225 community residents in Nanchong City

目的了解南充市顺庆区社区45岁及以上居民糖尿病患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率,为制定糖尿病防治措施提供科学依据。方法 2013年2月-2015年8月在南充市顺庆区9个街道办事处,以户为单位,采用整群抽样的方法,对45岁及以上的户籍居民进行横断面调查,调查内容包括问卷调查及血液生化检查。结果资料齐全者共82 225人,发现糖尿病患者11 857人,已知患有糖尿病6 260人,服药人数5054人,血糖达标1 986人,南充市社区居民45岁及以上中老年人群2型糖尿病患病率为14.4%,糖尿病知晓率为52.8%、治疗率为42.6%,控制率为16.7%。结论南充市社区居民中老年人群糖尿病患病率较高,知晓率、治疗率和控制率均较低,应普及糖尿病知识,提高人群对糖尿病的知晓率,采取有效的措施预防和治疗糖尿病。

Objective To assess the trend of prevalence,awareness, treatment and control rate of diabetes among elderly residents（≥45 years old） of Shunqin District in Nanchong City, and provide scientific references for the prevention and control of diabetes. Methods From February 2013 to August 2015, a cross-sectional survey was conducted in 9 sub-district offices of Shunqing District of Nanchong City. Households as a unit, the questionnaires and blood tests were investigated by clustering sampling in residents aged ≥45 years old. Results A total of 82 225 residents with complete information were enrolled in this study. Among them,11 857 were with diabetes, in whom 6 260 had been diagnosed as diabetes before, only 5 054 were under treatment, and only 1986 could control blood glucose to target level.The prevalence of diabetes was 14.4% among the participants. The rate of awareness, treatment, and control of diabetes in the 11 857 diabetes patients identified was 52.8%, 42.6%, and 16.7%, respectively. Conclusions The prevalence rate of diabetes is high, but the rate of awareness, treatment, and control of diabetes is low. It is necessary to popularize the knowledge and the cognition of diabetes, and it is urgent to make efficient measures to prevent and control diabetes in Nanchong City.
