肾移植对慢性前列腺炎样症状影响的单中心调查研究

Effect of kidney transplantation on chronic prostatitis-like symptoms: a single-center investigation

目的探索肾移植对慢性前列腺炎样症状的影响。方法选择2015年1月-2017年1月肾移植男性受者300例,受者术前及术后3个月接受美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分问卷调查,统计分析相关评分。结果共210例(70.0%)受者有效完成问卷。210例受者中,术前、术后有慢性前列腺炎样症状者分别为150例(71.4%)和90例(42.9%);术前、术后疼痛评分分别为(6.57±3.12)、(3.57±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);排尿评分分别为(3.71±2.38)、(3.29±2.66)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.116);生活质量评分分别为(7.57±1.60)、(5.14±2.75)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);慢性前列腺炎症状指数总分分别为(17.86±3.81)、(12.00±6.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);慢性前列腺炎样症状的严重程度在肾移植术后显著减轻。结论肾移植显著减轻尿毒症患者慢性前列腺炎样症状及严重程度,明显提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of kidney transplantation on chronic prostatitis-like symptoms.Methods A total of 300 male renal transplant recipients between January 2015 and January 2017 were collected in the study. All recipients received the questionnaire survey of the National Institute of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index（NIH-CPSI） preoperatively and at 3 months after transplantation. The score and relevant risk factors were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 210 recipients（70.0%） completed questionnaire effectively, in whom 150（71.4%）had preoperative and 90（42.9%） had postoperative chronic prostatitis-like symptoms, respectively. In the 210 patients, the preoperative and postoperative pain score was 6.57±3.12 vs. 3.57±3.16（P〈0.001）.voiding score was 3.71±2.38 vs.3.29±2.66（P=0.116）,quality of life score was 7.57±1.60 vs. 5.14±2.75（P〈0.001）,and the total NIH-CPSI score was17.86±3.81 vs. 12.00±6.65（P〈0.001）,respectively. The severity of chronic prostatitis-like symptoms was alleviated significantly after kidney transplantation. Conclusion Kidney transplantation can alleviate the chronic prostatitis-like symptoms significantly, and improve the quality of life in uremia patients.
