摘要
本文解释了中国人力资本规模大幅度提升,而自主创新迟滞的内在机制。研究发现,人力资本与研发投入错配是导致自主创新受阻的重要因素之一,提高人力资本与研发投入的匹配程度可以引致与要素稀缺(丰裕)类似轨迹的偏向型技术进步方向;基于OLS估计和分位数估计发现,提高人力资本与研发投入的匹配程度既可以引致技术进步是资本偏向型的,还可以引致技术进步偏向于技能劳动力要素。
This paper explains the mechanism of independent innovation blocked. The results show that the serious mismatch of human capital and RD input is the important factor of independent innovation blocked,and improving the matching degree of human capital and RD can cause skill-biased technological progress. Besides,the mean estimate and quantile estimate also show that the matching of human capital and RD has a significant effect on skill-biased technological Progress,and improving the matching degree of human capital and RD can significantly cause technological progress towards the skill labor factors.
