创业投资对企业创新的作用机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Venture Capital's Impact on Enterprise Innovation

创业投资在改善我国融资结构、推进创新发展等方面发挥了重要作用。本文以"大众创业、万众创新"为背景,阐述了创业投资对企业创新的促进作用,分析了其作用机制,通过构建联立模型论证了创业投资可以有效地促进企业技术创新和创业能力提高,并以京沪深杭四个城市的创投投入产出数据为依据,结合DEA模型测算了四个城市的创业能力和效率,结论表明,上海综合创投效率最高,其次是杭州和深圳,北京相对较低,最后提出改善建议。

Venture capital plays an important role in improving China＇s financing structure and promoting domestic innovation and development. Based on the background of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation ＂,this paper expounds the promotional effect of venture capital on enterprise innovation and analyzes its mechanism. It also demonstrates that venture capital can effectively promote the technological innovation and entrepreneurial ability of enterprises through the construction of simultaneous model. With the venture capital input-output data of Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Hangzhout,this paper estimates the four cities＇ entrepreneurial ability and efficiency incorporated with a DEA model. The conclusion points out that Shanghai has the highest venture capital efficiency,followed by Hangzhou and Shenzhen,while Beijing is at the bottom. Then some suggestions for improvement are presented.
