月经周期对角膜、泪膜及视功能的影响

摘要 在月经周期期间,激素的变化特点已经达成共识。在角膜、结膜、泪腺、视网膜等眼组织结构都发现存在性类固醇激素受体。在月经周期期间,性激素波动性变化,角膜,泪膜及视功能在月经周期的不同时期也发生变化。本综述结合新近相关文献,概述了月经周期对角膜,泪膜及视功能的影响。 There is the widespread agreement about the hormonal changes that occur during the menstrual cycle. Studies have shown the presence of sex steroid hormones receptors in various ocular tissues, such as cornea, retina,conjunctiva, lacrimal gland. Sex hormones fluctuations during the menstrual cycle, and the corneal, tear film and visual function also change during the menstrual cycle. In this article, we summarized the influence of menstrual cycle on corneal, visual function and tear film.
