文献计量分析法精准定位资源环境类科技期刊“一带一路”专题策划方向 被引量:10

Special selection of Belt and Road Initiative for resource and environment scientific journals based on bibliometric analysis

摘要 【目的】通过文献计量分析法筛选资源环境学科"一带一路"专题,解决传统选题策划与读者预期有偏差、无法精准吻合学科发展热点的问题。【方法】采用TF-IDF和文献互引聚类综合分析法,选取以"一带一路"为关键词的主题论文进行文献计量分析,量化统计中国知网和Scopus两大数据库收录的资源环境类"一带一路"主题论文,并以专题区分度和关注度建立系统量化分析指标,精准定位专题组稿约稿方向。【结果】"一带一路"区域生态环境演化与地缘关系、"一带一路"资源利用与协同发展、全球气候变化与"一带一路"建设、丝绸之路经济带国际生态合作等均为资源环境领域的研究热点,科技期刊在选题策划时应重点关注。【结论】文献计量分析法能够为资源环境类科技期刊开展专题策划提供科学精准的决策依据,同时为相关研究人员开展热点学术研究提供选题方向指导。 [Purposes] The topics of Belt and Road Initiative of resource and environmental disciplines were selected through bibliometric analysis to solve the problem that the traditional special selection and readers' expectations were inconsistent and could not accurately match the hot topics of discipline development. [Methods] TF-IDF and citation cluster analyses were chosen for topic selection relating to Belt and Road Initiative in resource and environmental academic journals. The evaluation index system was constructed for the published Belt and Road Initiative articles included in CNKI and Scopus from the aspects of cross-section and attention rate. [Findings] By using bibliometric analysis,we conclude regional eco-environment and geo-relationship,resource utilization,global climate changing effects,and the international ecological cooperation along Belt and Road Initiative regions should be the significant topic directions and need more attention. [Conclusions] The bibliometric analysis method can provide references for scientific and accurate decision-making on special selection of resource and environmental scientific journals,which would provide decision basis for further special selection and reveal leading observation directions.
