康爱保生制剂对艾滋病感染者细胞因子变化的影响

Effect of Kangaibaosheng Preparation,A TCM Formulation,on Cytokines Levels in HIV Infected Patients

目的探讨康爱保生制剂治疗艾滋病感染者不同时间点白细胞介素-7(IL-7)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(IFN-α)和肿瘤坏死因子-γ(IFN-γ)的水平变化。方法从国家中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目中选取云南省部分治疗点接受康爱保生制剂治疗满1年病人为研究对象,对细胞因子IL-7、IL-15、IFN-α和IFN-γ的水平变化进行统计学分析。结果经康爱保生制剂治疗12个月,可降低艾滋病(HIV-1)感染者细胞因子IL-7、IL-15水平;对IFN-α因子升高有促进作用;可使IFN-γ稳定在一定水平,并呈上升的趋势。结论康爱保生制剂可调节HIV-1感染者机体免疫功能。

Objective To explore the effects of TCM on levels of cytokines（IL-7,IL-15,IFN-α,and IFN-γ） in HIV infected patients. Methods Patients treated with Kangaibaosheng preparations for 12 months were selected from Yunnan supportedsites for TCM treatment of HIV included in the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of AIDS pilot project. The levels of cytokines including IL-7,IL-15,IFN-α and IFN-γ were measured and analysed. Results After treatment with TCM for 12 months,IL-7 and IL-15 levels were reduced in HIV-1 infectors; IFN-α level was increased, the IFN-γ level was stable at a certain degree and showed an uptrend. Conclusion Kangaibaosheng preparations can regulate immune function in HIV-1 infectors.
