摘要
介绍了湿法乙炔发生器及配套设施的使用状况,针对乙炔发生系统常见问题(如发生器出口压力高、加料不畅、出口管堵塞)进行了改造。改造后提高了系统运行的安全性,并使乙炔冷却塔的清理周期由7~8个月延长到1年。
Application of wet-process acetylene generator and supporting facilities were introduced. In order to solve the problems occurred in acetylene generation system, such as high pressure at generator oudet, obstructed feeding, and blockage of outlet pipe, transformations were made. After transforma- tion, safety of acetylene generation system was improved and cleaning cycle of acetylene cooling tower was extended from 7 -8 months to 1 years.
