摘要 介绍了电石法聚氯乙烯行业含汞废水的处理方法,根据原有装置的运行情况,分析了传统化学沉淀法处理含汞废水存在的弊端及其原因,研究开发出多段深度脱汞工艺。结果表明:该工艺简单,除汞效果良好,解决了深度除汞的问题,经处理后实现了含汞废水的达标排放或回用的目的。 The treatment methods of mercury containing wastewater in the carbide-based polyvinyl chloride industry were introduced. According to the running conditions of the original device, the disad- vantages of the traditional chemical precipitation method for treating the mercury containing wastewater and the reasons were analyzed, and the process of multistage deep mercury removal was developed. The results showed that the process was simple, removed mercury effectively, solved the problem of deep mercury removal. The mercury containing wastewater was up to discharge standard or was reused.
