副产物的排出对2,6-对萘二甲酸乙二醇酯反应动力学的影响

摘要 采用2,6-对萘二甲酸二甲酯(DMN)与乙二醇(EG)制备聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)的中间体2,6-对萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHEN),通过测量副产物甲醇的排出体积跟踪反应进程,并利用总包动力学方程计算该反应的速率常数、活化能等动力学参数,比较了副产物甲醇的排出对动力学参数的影响。结果表明,酯交换反应有副产物排出,在研究动力学时,不应忽略副产物的排出产生的影响。 Taking the change of volume into account,we studied the kinetics of BHEN as an important intermediate for the synthesis of polyethylene naphthalate( PEN),which was prepared from 2,6-dicarbomethoxynaphthalene(DMN) and ethylene glycol(EG). The kinetics parameters such as the rate constants and active energy were given in this paper. The effect of the removal of the by-product methanol on the kinetic parameters was compared. The results show that by-products are excreted in the transesterification reaction,and the influence of the by-product discharge should not be ignored in the study of kinetics.
