摘要
对于高二甘醇含量的聚酯切片的二甘醇含量测定方法,通过2种方法减小因含量超出线性范围而引起的误差:一是增加内标物含量及标准样品中二甘醇的浓度,增大校正曲线的线性范围,由原来的0.8%~1.4%增加至0.8%~1.8%;二是减少样品质量,使二甘醇测定峰面积在线性范围内,测定结果显示:相对标准偏差由原来的3%减至1%。
For the determination of diethylene glycol content in polyester chip with high diethylene glycol content,the error caused by the content exceeding the linear range is reduced by two methods. One is to increase the internal standard content and the concentration of diethylene glycol in the standard sample,and increase the linear range of the correct curve,from the original 0. 8% ~ 1. 4% to 0. 8% ~ 1. 8%. The second is to reduce the sample mass,so that the diethylene glycol determination peak area within the linear range. The determination results show that the relative standard deviation is reduced from the original 3% to 1%.
