对聚酯产品黏度指标的影响因素进行分析,仔细分析生产过程各个控制环节如反应温度、真空度、停留时间、搅拌转速、浆料配置、催化剂等对聚酯产品黏度的影响,通过研究确定生产优化内控方案,从而使得聚酯产品黏度指标稳定。

The influence factors on the viscosity index of polyester products were analyzed. The influence of each control link in the production process such as the temperature,vacuum degree,residence time,stirring speed,slurry configuration,catalyst on the viscosity of polyester products was carefully analyzed. Through the study,we determined the production optimization internal control scheme,so that the viscosity index of polyester products was stable.
