介绍了中国石油乌鲁木齐石化分公司PTA装置产品精对苯二甲酸粒径分布波动,造成包装料仓下料速度慢,PTA料包填充困难,通过分析PTA粉体粒径分布对休止角和堆积密度的影响,认识了PTA包装工序的影响因素,通过改造的压滤机装置完全满足包装实际工况。

The fluctuation of particle size distribution of purified terephthalic acid in PTA plant of Petro China Urumqi Petrochemical Branch was introduced,which resulted in the slow loading speed of packaging bins and PTA packs were difficult to fill. By analyzing the influence of particle size distribution of PTA powder on the angle of repose and bulk density,the factors influencing the packing process of PTA were recognized. The modified filter press device fully met the actual working conditions of the packaging system.
