涤纶长丝智能化包装仓储流水线由自动落筒——包装系统(ADPS)和自动化立体库仓储系统(AS/RS)组成,实现了自卷绕落丝、包装至产品出库全程无人工触碰丝饼的自动化、智能化及管理流程的信息化。由正常运行4个月的生产统计数据可知,该智能化流水线的建成,大大节约了项目土地使用量,降低了人力成本和设备投入费用,显著提高了流水线运行效率和产品包装品质,真正做到了产品仓储"先进先出"的管理要求,下游客户反馈良好,经济效益提升显著。

The intelligent packaging and storage assembly line for the manufacture of polyester filament yarn consisted of the automated doffing and packaging system（ ADPS） and the automated storage/retrieval system（ AS/RS）.The automation,intelligence and information of management process of self-winding and doffing,packaging,product exit whole process without manual touch of yarn cake have been realized. Based on the data of stable production conditions in the last four months,it was found that the project land use was significantly saved,both the labor cost and the expense of equipment became lower,and both the productivity of the intelligent line and the quality of products packaging became remarkably higher. And the management demands ＂ First in and First out＂really came true. Thus,good feedback from downstream customers and remarkable economic results have been achieved.
