烙灸对激素性股骨头坏死骨细胞凋亡与Bcl-2、Caspase-3表达影响的实验研究

Effect of moxibustion in Hui medicine on osteocyte apoptosis and expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in femoral head necrosis rabbit models induced by steroid

目的:观察回医烙灸对激素性股骨头坏死家兔模型细胞凋亡及Bcl-2、Caspase-3表达的影响。方法:24只健康清洁级家兔随机分为烙灸组、模型组和空白组,每组各8只。糖皮质激素制造激素性股骨头坏死模型,4 w后取股骨头行组织形态学观察,TUNEL、免疫组化技术检测Bcl-2、Caspase-3。结果:烙灸能改善兔股骨组织形态学,凋亡指数低于模型组,Bcl-2表达相对增加、caspase-3表达相对减少(P<0.05)。结论:烙灸能延缓兔激素性股骨头坏死骨细胞凋亡。

Objective：To observe the effect of moxibustion in Hui medicine on osteocyte apoptosis and the expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in femoral head necrosis rabbit models induced by steroid. Methods：24 healthy and clean rabbits were randomly divided into three groups：moxibustion group,model group and blank group. Glucocorticoid was used to made rabbit models. After 4 weeks,the femoral head was taken for histological observation,and TUNEL and immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expressions of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3. Results：Moxibustion could improve the histomorphology of rabbit femur,and cells apoptosis was less than that of model group. Compared with model group,Bcl-2 expression was increased and caspase-3 expression was decreased respectively in moxibustion group. Conclusion：Moxibustion in Hui medicine could delay osteocyte apoptosis of femoral head necrosis rabbit models.
