降血脂软胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

The effect of lipid-lowering soft capsules on blood lipids of hyperlipoidemia rats

目的:研究降血脂软胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血清学指标、肝指数、血清载脂蛋白的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠55只随机分为正常组、模型组、软胶囊低剂量组(40 g/kg)、软胶囊高剂量组(80 g/kg)、辛伐他汀组(15 mg/kg),高脂饲料喂饲42 d形成大鼠高脂血症模型,造模的同时开始给药。6 w后测定血中血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)的含量,计算肝指数。结果:降血脂软胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血清中血脂的含量有显著的降低作用,并能明显降低载脂蛋白含量,大剂量能显著降低肝指数,有利于缓解大鼠高脂血症。结论:降血脂软胶囊可能通过抗氧化作用发挥降血脂的作用。

Objective：To study the influences of lipid-lowering soft capsules on serological indicators,liver index,serum apolipoprotein of hyperlipoidemia rats. Methods：55 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low dosage group and high dosage group of lipid-lowering soft capsules,and simvastatin group. The hyperlipoidemia rat models were established by feeding high lipid diet for 42 days. The levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）and free fatty acid（FFA）in serum were detected,and the liver index was calculated. Results：Lipid-lowering soft capsules could reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and FFA of hyperlipoidemia rats,as well as raise the HDL-C level of rats. The high dosage of lipid-lowering soft capsules could obviously decreased liver index. Conclusion：Lipid-lowering soft capsules maybe reduce the blood lipids through antioxidation.
