国家安全视域下反恐怖警务工作机制探究

Analysis on the Counter-terrorist Policing Mechanism in the Perspective of National Security

国家安全是安邦定国的重要基石,维护国家安全是全国各族人民根本利益所在。统筹发展和安全,增强忧患意识,做到居安思危,是我们党治国理政的一项重大原则。恐怖主义作为非传统安全中的重要问题,已被世界上许多国家和地区列为当代最严重的全球性威胁和挑战。为有效打击和防范恐怖主义,须清醒认识反恐怖警务工作的必要性,根据当前国内外反恐怖主义斗争形势,从国家安全视域出发,构建反恐怖巡逻防控警务机制、反恐怖应急处置预案机制等,形成反恐怖警务工作理论体系。

National security is a country＇s cornerstone as well as the fundamental interest of all the people.One important principle of Chinese government is to make an overall plan for social development and security,maintaining the sense of anxiety, that is, being prepared for danger in times of peace. As one importantnon-traditional security issue, terrorism has been listed by most countries and regions as the most serious globalthreat and challenge. In order to effectively combat and prevent terrorism, it is necessary to realize theimportance of policing mechanism in the action. According to the current situation of counter-terrorism in andabroad China, the policing mechanism of patrolling and control, emergency response plan and theoretical systemshould be set up in the perspective of national security.
