关于特警驻站反恐勤务模式的思考

当下,铁路反恐形势严峻。南京铁路公安处特警支队的反恐勤务模式,具有有效应对高铁严峻反恐形势、完善高铁立体防控体系、高效处置应急处突事件的现实意义;具有主动进攻、快速反应、以战促训的现实作用。同时也存在日常训练不够、风险应对不足、信息共享不畅、科技水平不高等问题。因此,需从反恐预案、巡防模式、响应机制、防控体系、训练档案等方面着手,改进驻站勤务模式。

At present, the railway counter-terrorist situation is severe. The policing model of NanjingRailway Public Security Division＇s SWAT can effectively deal with the severe counter-terrorist situation byimproving the dimensional prevention and control system and handling the sudden incidents in the high-speedrailway station. It is aggressive, fast response and propitious to training. On the other hand, there are someproblems, such as lack of training and risk response plan, information obtrusion, technology deficiency.Therefore, the station service should be improved on counter-terrorist arrangement, the model of patrolling andprevention, response mechanism, prevention and control system, training archives, etc.
