摘要
国有林场是我国发展和保护森林资源的林业基地,扩大森林资源、提高森林质量、增加森林覆盖面积是其主要任务。国有林场改革不仅改善了观念陈旧、基础设施落后、先进科技无法普及的现象,也迎来了深化改革的良好机遇和很多的制约因素,通过对这些机遇和制约因素的分析,针对性地提出了相应的建议,为国有林场实现森林经营可持续发展提供借鉴。
The state-owned forest farm is the forestry base for the development and protection of forest resources in China,whose main task is to expand forest resources,improve forest quality and increase forest acreage. The reform of State-owned forest farm improves t obsolete concept,the backward infrastructure and the failure in popularizing the advanced science and technology. However,when the good opportunities in deepening the reform comes,there are many constraints at the same time. Through the analysis of these opportunities and constraints,pertinent suggestions are put forward accordingly in this paper.
