高中英语教师教学信念与教学行为现状调查研究 被引量:1

A Survey Study on Senior High English Teachers' Teaching Beliefs and Behaviors as well as Their Relationship

摘要 本文以江苏省某中学50名高中英语教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查、访谈等研究方式,探讨高中英语教师的教学信念、教学行为现状及两者之间的关系。结果表明:(1)大部分高中英语教师都赞成语言信念、学习与学习者信念、教师角色信念、教学设计信念以及课堂信念;(2)大部分高中英语教师都不太展示语言行为、学习与学习者行为、教师角色行为、教学设计行为以及课堂行为;(3)高中英语教师教学信念与教学行为之间存在显著的差异。 This paper reports a survey research on the status quo of senior high English teachers’teaching beliefs and teaching behaviors as well as the relationship between the two aspects.The subjects are50 senior high school English teachers in Jiangsu Province,and a questionnaire and interviews are employed as instruments to collect data.Detailed analysis of both the qualitative and quantitative data has yielded the findings as follows:(1)The majority of the teachers in senior high school are in favor of beliefs about languages,beliefs about learning and learners,beliefs about teachers’roles,beliefs about teaching design and beliefs about classroom.(2)The senior high school English teachers do not often display behaviors about languages,behaviors about learning and learners,behaviors about teachers’roles,behaviors about teaching design and behaviors about classroom.(3)There is a significant difference between senior high school English teachers’teaching beliefs and their teaching behaviors.
