思想政治理论课“大班授课小班讨论”教学模式的思考

摘要 "大班授课小班讨论"的教学模式是基于高等教育大众化背景下教育资源紧缺的现实性考虑,有利于培养大学生全面分析问题的思维方式和良好的表达能力,发挥学生在高校思想政治理论课教学中的主体作用。目前,"大班授课、小班讨论"普遍存在着传统教学模式下教师思维方式的禁锢,部分高校师资力量难以匹配教学任务,部分学生难以真正参与教学过程,缺少有效的教学管理和评价考核机制等问题,应通过解放教师传统思维、优化高校师资结构与扩充教师队伍,加强学生互动交流等有效途径,提升高校思想政治理论课"大班授课小班讨论"的实践效果。 The teaching mode of "small class discussion in large class" is based on the realistic consideration of the shortage of education resources in the context of the popularization of education. It is helpful to cultivate students' thinking mode and good expression ability. It has realized the full play of the students' mainrole in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities. At present, the universal exis-tence "large class, small class discussion" teachers' way of thinking of the traditional teaching mode, the part ofteachers in universities is hard to match the teaching tasks, some students can not participate in the teachingprocess, the lack of effective teaching management and evaluation mechanism of the problem Shall be by free-ing teachers' traditional thinking, optimizing the structure of teachers in colleges and universities and the ex-pansion of teachers, strengthen the interaction with the exchange of students and to explore effective ways, enhance ideological and political theory course "big small class discussion" the practice of the teaching effect.
