摘要
宁波舟山港主通道富翅门大桥位于典型的沿海深水环境,其9号主墩处水流流速达3m/s、岩面倾斜且裸露的恶劣环境决定了桩基困难。钢护筒现场通过悬臂"种植"方式沉放到位,桩基在"种植"的钢护筒内采用大直径冲击钻冲击成孔,解决了该难题。介绍了斜坡裸岩条件下群桩基础的主要方法和创新工艺。
Fukaimen Bridge which is the main channel of Ningbo Zhoushan Port,is located in a typical coastal deep-water environment. The flow velocity of the main pier at No. 9 reaches 3 m/s,and the rock surface is inclined and the exposed harsh environment determines the difficulty of the pile foundation.The steel casing is submerged in place by cantilever planting,and the pile foundation is drilled by a large-diameter impact drill inside the planted steel casing to solve the problem. This paper introduces the main method and innovative technology of pile group foundation under the condition of slope bare rack.
