摘要
为探讨CFRP筋锚固新技术及其研发方向,首先对目前既有的CFRP筋各种类型锚具的锚固机理进行分析,并结合大量试验结果,对锚固性能的影响因素进行总结,探讨各种锚具的优点、存在的问题。最后从结构形式及材料上,对新型锚具的研发方向进行探讨。分析表明:夹片式锚具对组装工艺要求高,仅能锚固单根CFRP筋,且抗疲劳性能不佳;黏结型锚具较适用于锚固CFRP束股,环氧树脂是比较理想的黏结介质材料,但既有黏结型锚具存在CFRP束股受力不均、在小孔端处存在应力集中及弯折问题,应进行改进;夹板式锚具是CFRP筋强度测试的良好方法。
In order to investigate the reliable anchorage technology of CFRP tendons,and research the development trend of new technology,the anchorage mechanism of existing anchors was theoretically analyzed firstly. Basing on a large number of experimental studies,various parameters affecting the anchorage performance were discussed. The advantages and disadvantages,unresolved issues and application prospect of various anchors were presented. The developing directions of new anchors were respectively investigated from structure and materials perspective. Results show that wedge-type can only grip single CFRP tendon besides the elaborate assembly is essentially required. The stress concentration and bending problems of CFRP strand at the small hole side are the main disadvantage of bond type anchors,but there will be a good application prospect of bond type anchors if corresponding innovation was conducted. Epoxy resin is an ideal bonding materials. Clamp plate anchor is a good method to test the strength of CFRP tendons.
