武警特战队员身体疲劳状态生理指标研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究武警特战队员在身体疲劳状态下的生态指标,筛选出适宜做身体状态监控的指标,为科学改进训练方法提供借鉴。方法选取2017年7-10月来自武警某部特战队员90例为研究对象,以比武竞赛中的2km武装越野射击为主要研究科目,在科目执行前采集特战队员的心率、血液、尿液等样本,在科目执行完武装越野后,生理样本再进行一次采集测量,然后执行科目中的射击内容。主要检测内容有心率(heart rate,HR)、血乳酸(lactic Acid,LAC)、尿蛋白阳性率(protation—rate,PRO—r)、血清睾酮(testosterone,T)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)应用SPSS18.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果训练后武警特战队员的心率值普遍超过100次/min,LAC、PRO—r显著升高(P〈0.01),Hb显著下降(P〈0.01),T略有下降(P〉O.01)。同时对比采样结果处理时间,其中心率数据采样周期最短,最为便捷。结论以心率带为基础的心率监测可以快捷有效地用于监测武警特战队员是否进入疲劳状态,是较好的筛选指标。 Objective In order to provide reference for scientific improvement training methods, we study the physiological indexes of Armed Police special soldiers in the fatigue state. Methods 90 Armed Police special soldiers were randomly divided into 3 groups. The 2km armed cross-country shooting was selected as the main research mode. The samples were collected once before and after the armed cross-country training. Heart rate, Lactic acid (LAC), Urine protein positive rate (PRO-r), serum testosterone (T), hemoglobin (Hb) were included in this study. Data was analysed by SPSS 18.0 softwave. Results After the training, the heart rate was more than I00 times per minute. The LAC and PRO-r were obviously higher (P 〈 0.01)as compared with those of before the training. There were significant decrease in Hb between before and after training(P〈 0.01). T dropped slightly (P 〉0.01 ). The heart rate was the most convenient indicator to monitor the body' s condition in the fatigue state. Conclusion The heart rate monitoring based on heart rate band can be used quickly and effectively to monitor the Armed Police special soldiers, and it should be a screening index in the fatigue state.
