复方苦参注射液联合热灌注化疗治疗恶性腹水的临床研究

Clinical study of compound Kushen injection combined with thermal perfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant ascites

目的探讨研究复方苦参注射液联合热灌注化疗治疗恶性腹水的临床效果。方法 56例恶性腹水患者,根据不同的化疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组采取热灌注化疗,观察组在此基础上加以复方苦参注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及生活质量评分。结果观察组疾病控制率(DCR)为78.57%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为14.28%,低于对照组的39.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分为(91.63±3.67)分,明显高于对照组的(82.43±4.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对恶性腹水患者采取复方苦参注射液联合热灌注化疗作为治疗方案,可在有效改善患者病症控制情况的同时提高其生活质量,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of compound Kushen injection combined with thermal perfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant ascites. Methods A total of 56 patients with malignant ascites were divided by chemotherapy methods into observation group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thermal perfusion chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with compound Kushen injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life score in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had higher disease control rate（DCR） as 78.57% than 50.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 14.28% than 39.29% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher quality of life score as（91.63±3.67） points than（82.43±4.82） points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of compound Kushen injection and thermal perfusion chemotherapy helps improve the quality of life of patients with malignant ascites while improving disease control status with less adverse reactions and high safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
