复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗急性肠胃炎的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in treatment of acute gastroenteritis

目的探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗急性肠胃炎的疗效。方法 130例急性肠胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,在此基础上对照组患者给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,观察组患者给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.46%,明显高于对照组的83.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者腹痛、腹泻、恶心呕吐等症状消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后复查血尿常规及肝肾功能均无明显异常,也无明显不良反应发生。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗急性肠胃炎疗效显著,能快速改善胃肠道症状,且服用安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods A total of 130 acute gastroenteritis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 65 cases in each group. Both groups received basic treatment, on its basis, the control group was treated with compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets, and the observation group was treated with compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets combined with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets. Comparison were made on clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 98.46% than 83.08% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously shorter symptom disappearance time of abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the two groups had no obvious abnormalities in blood and urine routine and liver and kidney function, and no obvious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Combination of compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets and omeprazole enteric-coated tablets shows remarkable efficacy in treating acute gastroenteritis, and it can quickly improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal tract, with high safety and positive clinical significance.
