中医综合疗法治疗睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼临床观察

Clinical observation of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of evaporative dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction

目的探究采用中医综合疗法治疗睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼的临床疗效。方法 22例(40只眼)睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼患者,随机分为观察组和对比组,每组11例(20只眼)。对比组采用0.2%卡波姆滴眼液加妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏进行联合治疗,观察组采用中医综合疗法治疗。比较两组患者眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、泪膜破裂时间、睑缘异常评分及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者OSDI评分、泪膜破裂时间、睑缘异常评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组OSDI评分、睑缘异常评分低于对比组,泪膜破裂时间长于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为90.00%,高于对比组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医综合疗法治疗睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼,有利于患者睑板腺功能恢复,疗效显著,具有良好的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of evaporative dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. Methods A total of 22 patients（44 involved eyes） with evaporative dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 11 cases in each group. The contrast group was treated with 0.2% carbomer eye drops and tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Comparison were made on ocular surface disease index（OSDI） score, tear film rupture time, margin abnormality score and treatment effect between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in OSDI score, tear film rupture time, margin abnormality score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had lower OSDI score and margin abnormality score, and longer tear film rupture time than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher total effective rate as 90.00% than 60.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine shows remarkable efficacy and good clinical value in treating evaporative dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction, and it is beneficial to the recovery of the function of the eyelid gland.
