优质护理服务模式对Dupuytren骨折患者术后活动、骨折恢复的作用分析

Analysis of effect of high-quality nursing service model on postoperative activity and fracture recovery in patients with Dupuytren fracture

目的探讨优质护理服务模式对Dupuytren骨折患者术后活动、骨折恢复的作用。方法 68例Dupuytren骨折患者,根据收治时间不同分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。观察组实施全程优质护理服务模式;对照组实施常规护理干预。比较两组患者术后自主活动/步行时间、完全负重时间、住院时间、关节功能评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后自主活动/步行时间、完全负重时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组,关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度100.00%明显高于对照组的88.24%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在Dupuytren骨折患者中应用效果显著,对患者术后活动及骨折恢复具有重要的促进作用。

Objective To discuss the effect of high-quality nursing service model on postoperative activity and fracture recovery in patients with Dupuytren fracture. Methods A total of 68 patients with Dupuytren fracture were divided by different admission time into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The observation group received whole course high-quality nursing service model, and the control group received conventional nursing intervention. Comparison were made on postoperative autonomic activity/walking time, complete weight-bearing time, hospitalization time, joint function score, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously shorter postoperative autonomic activity/walking time, complete weight-bearing time and hospitalization time than the control group, and higher joint function score than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction as 100.00% than 88.24% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing shows remarkable effect in patients with Dupuytren fracture, and it plays an important role in promoting postoperative recovery and fracture recovery.
