优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预对脊椎术后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention guided by high quality nursing service mode on quality of life of patients after spinal surgery

目的探讨将优质护理服务模式下的护理措施应用于脊椎术后患者中的效果。方法 204例脊椎术后患者,随机分为基础组和优质组,每组102例。基础组给予常规护理干预,优质组给予优质护理服务模式指导护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分、并发症发生情况(术后感染、愈合缓慢、患处疼痛)。结果优质组患者满意度95.10%高于基础组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,优质组患者的生活质量评分明显优于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质组患者并发症发生率低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脊椎手术后的患者实施优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预可显著提升患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理服务的认可。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention guided by high quality nursing service mode on quality of life of patients after spinal surgery. Methods A total of 204 patients with spinal surgery were randomly divided into basic group and high-quality group, with 102 cases in each group. The basic group received conventional nursing intervention, and the high-quality group received high-quality nursing model guides nursing intervention. Comparison were made on nursing satisfaction, quality of life score, occurrence of complication（postoperative infection, slow healing, pain at the affected area） between the two groups. Results High-quality group had higher satisfaction as 95.10% than 83.33% in basic group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in quality of life score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, high-quality group had obviously higher quality of life score than basic group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. High-quality group had lower incidence of complication than basic group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention guided by high quality nursing service for patients after spinal surgery can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and their recognition for nursing service.
