应用外固定支架方法治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效

Application of tibiofibula fractures treated by external fixation support method curative effect

目的：探讨胫腓骨骨折在临床上应用外固定支架方式的治疗疗效。方法：选择我院2014年2月～2016年2月收治的108例胫腓骨骨折患者，按照数字随机方法和知情同意原则，将研究对象分为对照组与观察组，每组54例。对照组采用传统的铜板内固定方式，观察组采用外固定支架方式。观察记录患者的临床效果，坚持术后对其半年-1年的随访，比较2组不同治疗方式的骨折复原情况、复原时间以及是否存在并发症等情况。结果：经过不同的方式治疗，观察组的患者恢复情况为85％，对照组为74％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后的随访数据显示，观察组患者骨折愈合率为85．1％，对照组为59．2％，平均复原时间分别为8．9±1．1个月和13．8±1．6个月，并发症的发生率分别为5．5％和14．8％，可见，观察组治疗效果无论是在愈合时间，还是并发症发生情况，都优于对照组。结论：对于胫腓骨骨折的患者，实施外固定支架方法治疗，不仅手术操作简便，而且能缩短愈合时间，减少并发症，值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the effects of tibiofibula fractures in the treatment efficacy of clinical application of external fixation support way. Methods： Select our hospital in February 2014 - February 2016 treated 108 patients with tibiofibula fracture, according to the number of random method and the principle of informed consent, the object of study was divided into control group and observation group, 54 eases in each group. Control group adopts the traditional way of steel plate internal fixation, observation group with external fixator. To observe the clinical effect of records of patients, postoperative for the six months to one year of follow- up, compared two groups of different treatment of fracture healing, recovery time and presence of complications, and so on and so forth. Results：through different ways of treatment, the observation group of patients with recovery of 85% , the control group was 74% , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Postoperative follow - up data show that the observation group of pa- tients with fracture healing rate was 85.1% , the control group was 59.2%, the average recovery time （8.9 ± 1.1 ） months, re- spectively, and （ 13.8 ± 1.6） months, the incidence of complications were 5.5% and 14.8% respectively, visible, observation group therapy effect in healing time, or complications, were superior to the control group. Conclusion：for patients with tibiofibula fractures, implement method of external fixation support treatment, not only the operation should be simple, and could shorten the healing time, reduce the complications, worthy of clinical promotion.
