“桡骨远端骨折手法复位模型”的研制

摘要 目的:制作新型骨折手法整复实体交互式教具,用于骨折手法整复模拟实践教学,提升教学质量。方法:采用3D打印等新技术、新材料,构建教具的解锁及固锁系统、造模系统、复位系统、电路系统、集成控制盒等,构成桡骨远端(伸直型)骨折实体手法复位交互模型。结果:制作成功桡骨远端伸直型骨折手法复位交互模型,模型具备手动解锁、造模、手法复位、声光显示(整复成功后自动完成)、操控复住、固锁等功能,与作者原发明的复合模型相比有22项改进,用于各阶段医学生骨折手法教学和实操训练,效果良好。结论:新研制的“桡骨远端骨折手法复位模型”,结构稳定、操作简单、性能可靠、触感逼真、功能齐备,在骨伤科骨折手法的临床模拟教学中效果良好,值得在骨伤科骨折整复手法教学中使用并推广。 Objectiv: To make a new interactive teaching model, which will be used to simulate practical teaching for fracture technique reduction and promoting teaching quality. Methods: To use 3 D printing and other new technology, new meterials. To build unlock and lock system, modelling system, reset system, electrical system, integrated control box, which constituting interactive manipulatve reduction model for distal radius( straight tye) fracture. Results: Successful manufacturing interactive manipulative reduction model for straight type distal radius fracture. It had many functions, such as manual unlocking, modelling, manipulative reduction, sound and light displaying( after the accomplish of successful reduction), handling reduction, locking, etc. Compared with the original invention of complex model, the interactive model have improved 22 items. It could achieve a good effect for medical students teaching and actual operation for all sta- ges. Conclusion: The advantages of new invention, distal radius fracture manipulative reduction model, include stable stucture, easy operation, reliable performance, vivid touch, comprehensive function and achieving a good effect on the clinical simulate teaching about orthopedics manual reduction, which might be worth popularizing on the teaching of orthopedics manual reduction.
