摘要
目的:探讨老年性骨质疏松症(OP)患者脂代谢水平及与OP的相关性.方法:选取本院收治OP老年患者55例,选择同期在本院体检健康者50例作为对照组.比较2组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、骨密度(BMD)及血清骨钙素(BGP)水平.分析OP患者TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C与其BMD、BGP的相关性.结果:OP组老年患者的TG、TC、LDL-C明显高于对照组,HDL-C、BMD、BGP明显低于对照组(P〈0.01).OP骨折组老年患者TG、TC、LDL-C明显高于OP无骨折组,HDL-C、BMD、BGP明显低于OP无骨折组(P〈0.01).经Spearman相关性分析,OP老年患者血清中TG、TC、LDL-C与BMD、BGP呈负相关,HDL-C与BMD、BGP呈正相关(P〈0.01).结论:OP患者脂代谢异常可能影响骨代谢,对OP的发生发展有一定促进作用.
Objective:To investigate lipid metabolism levels of osteoporosis patients and the correlation with OP. Methods :55 aged ca- ses with OP were selected in the hospital, and healthy examined people were chosen as control group. Triglyceride ( TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL- C ), high -density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C ), bone mineral density bmd (BMD), and serum bone glaprotein(BGP) were compared between two groups. Correlation between TG, TC, LDL - C, HDL - C and BMD and BGP was ana- lyzed in OP patients. Results: Levels of TG, TC, LDL - C of OP cases were obviously higher, while HDL - C, BMD, BGP were lower, than control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Levels of TG, TC, LDL - C of OP cases with fracture were remarkably higher, while HDL - C, BMD, BGP were lower, than OP cases without fracture ( P 〈 0.01 ). Levels of TG, TC, LDL - C of cases with OP aged cases were negatively correlated with BMD and BGP,and HDL- C was positively correlated with BMD and BGP by Spearman correlation analysis( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Ab- mormal lipid metabolism levels of osteoporosis patients can affect bone metabolism,which promote occurrence and development of OP.
