闭合复位微创PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析研讨闭合复位微创PFNA(股骨近端抗旋髓内钉)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法:用1:1随机数字法分2组讨论我院2015年8月~2017年4月期间收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者80例,对照组接受股骨近端重建钉(PFN)治疗,观察组接受PFNA闭合复位内固定治疗,观察2组治疗状况,如出血量、手术时间、并发症、术后负重时间等,并比较.结果:观察组并发症总发生率5%,低于对照组15%,且P〈0.05.观察组手术时间、出血量、术后完全负重时间均低于对照组,且P〈0.05;术前血红蛋白P值〉0.05,术后血红蛋白,观察组高于对照组,且P〈0.05.结论:分析后建议临床治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,可考虑给予闭合复位微创PFNA内固定方式,和PFN方式对比,其出血量低,操作简单,并发症低,对术后骨折愈合存在有利作用,值得应用.
