There are comparatively lots of restrictive factors involved in the highway projects in the feasibility study stage like road network, topography and geology（goaf）, protection zone, pipeline etc. How to guarantee the adaptability between route scheme and each restrictive factor is the important support for the feasibility of the project, which could lay a solid foundation for the survey and design at the next stage.
